Counseling AppointmentsWelcome to New Vision's Counseling Ministry at the Integrity House, where we provide Christian-based Counseling for individuals, couples and families. We look forward to working together with you as you grow and heal. Please take a few moments to review the following information, it will be helpful to you during this process. AppointmentsAppointments are made by calling the Integrity House at 615-895-0200 and speaking with our assistant. Your privacy is important to us, do not feel obligated to give your personal information to anyone else. We will schedule up to 2 sessions at a time, and please be assured that we will do all that we are able to see you as quickly as possible. If you must cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice Appointment TimesTherapy sessions are one hour. Fifty minutes face-to-face with your counselor and 10 minutes for administrative purposes. We will always do our best to see you on time; however, on occasion other sessions may go over as need dictates. Telephone CallsFeel free to call us between sessions if needed. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Messages left after 4:30 pm on Thursday will not be retrieved until Monday morning. EmergenciesWe do not offer 24 hour emergency for our clients. If you have an after-hours emergency please contact the crisis line at (615) 244-7444 or visit your nearest local emergency room.
