Reimbursement for Childcare Costs

At New Vision, we want you to get involved in activities and events that will help you grow your faith — we'll even help you pay for a babysitter! 
 
When you need to arrange for childcare during certain events and activities (i.e. Community Groups, etc.), we can provide you with childcare reimbursements at a pre-determined rate.  See chart below.
 
Childcare reimbursement forms (available in the church office and online) are filed for each group meeting individually.  See the childcare form for more information.

Childcare expenses are processed in the following ways:

  1. We reimburse parents at a set rate for the cost of an individual babysitter.
  2. One childcare reimbursement form is filled out by each couple/single parent attended.
  3. Each request must be submitted within 30 days of the event.
  4. A check will be issued and mailed to each couple/single parent in two to three weeks of the request.
